West Guild Story as New Media

United Hollywood has created a contest to give writers a chance to develop a short film that will be seen by some of the top directors and writers in Hollywood. The theme for this year's competition is "finding a creative way to resolve the strike." Michael Arkof and Rob Schow wrote and directed a musical parody of West Side Story, complete with dance fighting and a love story. Producers and Writers fight over New Media - the physical representation of issue that has plagued the recent contract negotiations.
